Basics of Canning Homemade Soups: Learn the do's and don'ts of pressure canning your
own soups. A basic overview of pressure canning will be covered with an emphasis on making
homemade soup and stock.
Hood River Classes*: 6:00 p.m.— 8:30 p.m. on January 25, February 9, or February 29 (held at OSU Extension Office~2990 Experiment Station Drive, Hood River)
All classes have a $10 supplies cost*; no prior experience is required.
Each class will provide participants with samples, recipes, and comprehensive resource lists.
